Rent is due on the 1st of every month.

What type of units do you offer?
We currently offer spacious 1 and 2 bedroom apartments.

What if my apartment is in need of maintenance?
We have an experienced maintenance staff serving all of our Akron apartments. Simply call our office at 330.920.1166 and notify us of the problem.

Will I be charged an application fee?
There is no fee for submitting an application.

How many people can live in an apartment?
The number varies per unit, however we allow 2 people per bedroom for the majority of our apartments.

Will I have a place to park my car?
Yes, most of our apartments feature garage units or off street parking.

Can I have a grill?
Grills are permitted provided the grill and its operator comply with local safety and fire codes.

Will my apartment have air conditioning?
Yes, all of our units are equipped with air conditioning.

Am I allowed to have a pet?
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at any of our rentals.
